Custom Products

Because many of our products are customized or personalized, they are generally not eligible for returns unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Include:

• your order number

• photos of the product

• description of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the problem through replacement or refund if necessary.

Non-Custom Items

Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
